Ricky Casino Australia: an independent guide to bonuses, payments and licence

What we found on 7 October 2026:

• Licence. The Tobique Gaming Commission's online licence check shows Novatrix SRL and www.rickycasino.com with status "VALID". Anjouan's licence check also shows "VALID", but lists Australia as an excluded country. Australia's regulator ACMA has put rickycasino.com on its list of blocked gambling sites. See Licence.
• Bonus. Up to AU$7,500 + 550 free spins over your first 10 deposits, according to Ricky's bonus terms. You must bet each bonus 50 times within 3 days. See Wagering.
• Payments. 8 ways to deposit and 5 ways to withdraw in AUD, all with no fees. No PayID. See Deposits.
• Payout speed. Ricky's terms say it aims to pay within 72 hours after approval. We did not withdraw, so we have not tested this. See Withdrawals.

This guide is independent. It is not Ricky Casino, and you cannot log in here.

A 100% match means the bonus equals your deposit, up to the cap; a 50% match gives half. All free spins are on the slot "All Lucky Clovers 5", which was in Ricky's game list on 7 October 2026. The bonus terms do not say who makes it.

Other figures on Ricky's site. The Australian banner matches the bonus terms. Elsewhere, Ricky's home page says "a total of 5000 dollars", sign-up texts say "€2000 BONUS", and a slider shown after sign-up offers 100% up to €200 on the first deposit. We use the bonus terms because they list every step and the steps add up.

We could not see which offers appear inside an account. Our test account (checked 22 September 2026) had made no deposit and was offered no bonus.

After the welcome bonus. Ricky's bonus terms list three weekly offers that open only after your first 5 deposits, and a VIP deposit bonus after your first 10.

Ricky's VIP programme has 20 levels, from 200 to 50,000,000 points. According to its VIP page, you earn 1 point per AU$1 bet on slots and 1 point per AU$3 on live casino and roulette. Ricky's home page also says most bonuses go to players who registered at least 3 months ago. That rule is not in the bonus terms.

What Ricky's bonus terms say:

• x50 applies to the bonus only, not to your deposit plus the bonus. Winnings from bonus free spins also need x50.
• Your own money is used first, then the bonus money.
• While a bonus is active, the biggest bet allowed is AU$7.
• Free spins and bonus money expire after 3 days. If you have not finished wagering by then, you lose the bonus and its winnings.
• If you withdraw your deposit before you finish wagering, you lose the bonus and its winnings.
• One bonus per person, e-mail or IP address (the address of your internet connection), unless an offer says otherwise.

What x50 means in practice. These examples apply the terms to round numbers:

Which games count. On most games other than slots, only part of each bet counts:

So an AU$7 roulette bet counts as AU$0.35. The terms do not list live casino games separately. Most of the listed games come from NetEnt, Microgaming and Play'n GO, studios that were not in the game list for an Australian visitor.

A rule that applies even without a bonus. Ricky's terms (§9.7) say you must bet every deposit three times before you withdraw it. An AU$100 deposit means AU$300 in bets. If you don't, the casino may charge fees or refuse the withdrawal.

What the terms leave out. We found no limit on how much you can cash out from a deposit bonus. Winnings from welcome free spins are "capped", but the terms give no amount. The terms also call "a deposits-to-bonus ratio exceeding 50%" bonus abuse, without saying what that means.

Ricky's rules still limit what a no-deposit bonus can pay out, and its two rule pages disagree: AU$70 in the bonus terms, AU$75 in the general terms (§11.7).

About "20 free spins". Ricky's VIP page gives 20 free spins as the level-1 reward. These are not a no-deposit bonus: to take part in the VIP programme you must have deposited in the past 7 days. The VIP rules set x40 or x30 wagering on these spins, depending on the type, and a maximum win of AU$70.

Ricky's promotions page and bonus terms listed two kinds of code offer on 7 October 2026:

Code offers needed less wagering (x30 or x40) than the welcome bonus (x50). None of the codes we saw gave a bonus without a deposit.

Before you can cash out, the account needs your first and last name, date of birth, city, address, postcode and mobile number.

The ID check (KYC, short for "know your customer") asks for, according to Ricky's terms:

• government photo ID, such as a passport or driver licence;
• proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement;
• proof that the payment method is yours.

Ricky may also call you or ask for a video check. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. If they are not, Ricky may ask for a video of you holding your ID and saying your name and the date. Ricky's FAQ says each uploaded file can be up to 2 MB.

Deadlines that can cost you money, according to Ricky's terms:

• If your account is not verified and Ricky cannot reach you within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal is cancelled and the account locked (§8.4).
• If you do not provide the documents or they are invalid, Ricky may close the account and you lose any money in your balance (§18.4).

This guide has no login and lists no copy ("mirror") sites or other addresses for Ricky. Ricky's account pages are on www.rickycasino.com, the website named on the Tobique Gaming Commission's licence check on 7 October 2026.

General safety advice, not a finding about Ricky: fake copies of casino sites can imitate login pages to steal passwords and card details. Never enter login or card details on a site you reached through an unknown link. Ricky's support e-mail is support@rickycasino.com.

Rules in Ricky's terms that can block or close an account:

• VPN. Using a VPN (a service that hides where you connect from) is not allowed (§3.2).
• Second account. One account per person. Extra accounts, matched by address, IP or device, are closed and their winnings taken (§8.1).
• Unverified account. Locked if Ricky cannot reach you within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request (see Sign-up). If you do not pass verification within 2 weeks of Ricky asking, the account is closed and the money in it taken (§9.3).
• Inactivity. After 12 months without logging in or playing, the account counts as inactive and Ricky may charge €25 a month from the balance (§12.1).
• Closure. Ricky may suspend or permanently ban an account without warning or explanation (§7.8).

If none of these applies, contact Ricky's support by live chat on its site or by e-mail (see Support).

The cashier offered the same 10 deposit and withdrawal methods each time we checked: 22, 23, 24 and 25 September 2026 and twice on 7 October 2026. USDT can be sent over six crypto networks: ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, SOL, TON and POL.

What the cashier screen showed. When we were logged in on 22 September 2026, the desktop cashier showed only 7 payment buttons: cards, Neosurf, BTC, DOGE, ETH, LTC and USDT. Its settings also named POLi, Apple Pay, Sofort and PayAnyBank Australia, but none of these had a button. We have not checked them again.

Methods Ricky names that are not in the cashier. Ricky's payments page lists Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Zimpler and ecoPayz with limits in euros. Its home page also names PayPal and Bitcoin Cash and claims "more than 20" methods. None of these was in the AUD cashier.

Costs outside the cashier. Ricky's terms say it keeps accounts in euros, so small currency conversion differences may appear. The terms also say that if other banks along the way charge fees on a bank transfer (up to about €16), you pay them.

"Instant" is a setting in Ricky's cashier, not a payout time we measured. Ricky's home page says crypto payments are instant; its cashier gives no time for crypto. For local bank transfer, the terms (3 business days) and the cashier screen (3–10 days) disagree.

Ricky's terms set limits in euros: €2,500 a day, €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month. They give no AUD figure and do not apply these limits to wins from progressive jackpots (jackpots that keep growing until someone wins). The terms set a minimum withdrawal of €20 or the same amount in another currency; the AUD cashier sets AU$20 to AU$250, depending on the method.

Before money leaves your account: finish the ID check (Sign-up), bet each deposit three times and finish any bonus wagering (Wagering).

Tax. Ricky's home page says "All winnings are tax-free". Its own terms (§5.1) say the player alone is responsible for any taxes due.

Ricky's site gives Novatrix SRL's Costa Rica registration number as 3-102-893958; we did not check it in Costa Rica's company register. Ricky's footer shows only the Tobique seal. On 7 October 2026 we found the Anjouan licence nowhere on Ricky's site as shown to an Australian visitor; it appears on Anjouan's own licence check.

Australia: what Ricky's own pages say. Ricky's terms page holds two versions of its terms, both marked "Last Updated: 20 February 2026", and the page's settings decide who sees which:

• Australian visitors see the Tobique version. Its list of barred countries (§2.4) does not include Australia. It says players who break the barred-country rule "are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals".
• The Anjouan version, §3.1, lists Australia first among countries whose users "are not allowed to deposit and play real money games". The page's settings show it only to visitors from Canada, India and Zimbabwe; we did not view it from those countries.
• Ricky's cookie banner asks Australian visitors to confirm: "I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia".

Yet the site recognises Australian visitors, switches to AUD and shows an Australian English version.

What this could mean in a dispute. If a withdrawal from an Australian account is disputed, Ricky could point to the cookie-banner confirmation and to its Anjouan licence, which excludes Australia. Its terms (§17) send disputes to arbitration in Costa Rica, a private process instead of a court. The terms name EGIS as an outside complaints body under Tobique rules; we have not checked this with EGIS.

Other mismatches. Ricky's home page says it is "regulated by the Government of Curacao" and shows a Curaçao logo, while its footer and the terms shown to Australian visitors name Tobique. Its site settings still carry "CW", the country code for Curaçao.

Blocked in Australia by ACMA. On 7 October 2026 rickycasino.com was on the blocked gambling websites list of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). ACMA's quarterly reports give the quarter, not the day: rickycasino.com was blocked in October–December 2024.

Nine other Ricky domains are on the list. The first two, rickycasino1.com and rickycasino2.com, were blocked in July–September 2023; the latest, rickys-casino.com, in April–June 2025. Earlier, in a formal warning dated 1 June 2022, ACMA found that Dama N.V. provided Ricky Casino in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act. That was a warning, not a block, and Dama N.V. is not the operator named today.

What the block does. An Australian internet provider's address lookup (DNS) sends a blocked address to ACMA's "Website blocked" page. We saw this for rickycasino.com through Telstra on 7 October 2026. Since 2023 ACMA has added Ricky's numbered addresses to the list one by one. This is general information, not legal advice.

A game can be in more than one group, so the groups do not add up to the total.

Named but not in the game list. Ricky's text and footer logos name Playtech, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, iSoftBet, ELK, Amatic and others. None was in the game list for an Australian visitor, and the game data marks Evolution as blocked. Ricky's terms (§3.3–3.4) say NetEnt games are barred and Amatic games restricted for Australia.

The game list does not say which studios supply the live games.

Claims we could not check. Ricky's home page says no pokie has a return to player (RTP, the share of bets a game pays back over time) below 96%; we did not test game RTPs. It also says all games except live casino can be played for free in demo mode.

The site is set up to open full-screen, like an app. Ricky's own prompt for iPhone users says to choose "Add to Home Screen".

Limits Ricky offers, according to its responsible gaming page:

If you raise a limit, the new one starts only after the current one ends and you confirm by e-mail. We did not test these tools in an account.

Ricky's page points players to UK and international services such as GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous. It names no Australian service.

Help in Australia. Gambling is for adults 18 and over. If gambling is harming you or someone close to you, the National Gambling Helpline gives free, confidential support 24/7 on 1800 858 858, and Gambling Help Online gives support online at gamblinghelponline.org.au.

How we collected the data. We read Ricky's terms, bonus terms, promotions, payments, VIP, FAQ and responsible gaming pages from an Australian connection in Victoria. We read the AUD cashier and game list from the public data the site itself loads, without logging in. We opened both licence checks on 7 October 2026, Tobique's from Australia and Germany. We looked at a logged-in AUD account, with no deposit, on 22 September 2026.

What we did not do. We made no deposit and no withdrawal, so payout times are what the casino says, not what we measured. We did not test the responsible gambling tools or support hours. We did not look up the operator in Costa Rica's company register.

What the labels mean.

• Confirmed at source: we saw it ourselves in an official record (regulator, government or registry) or in Ricky's live cashier or game list.
• Casino says: taken from Ricky's own pages or terms; we could not test it.
• Figures differ: two of Ricky's own sources, or Ricky and a regulator, give different answers. We show both.
• Not confirmed: no source we found answers the question.
• Not found: we searched, for example the app stores, and found nothing on that date.

Who wrote it. Sam Whitlock is the pen name of the writer at Ricky AU Guide, the independent publisher of this site. We are not Ricky Casino and are not run by it. We may earn a commission when you visit Ricky Casino through links on this page; it does not change the figures we report.
